About Us

Against the flow...

Good to meet you here.                  The modern health and fitness landscape is an ocean of drowning men and women. Sinking in good intentions. People weighed down by their shame, guilt , and toxic beliefs far more than by their bodies.
It’s a place where everyone is confused about one of the most primal aspects of humanity … Knowing how to feed your own body.

We will take you to a place free of obsession and insanity. A place full of physical, mental, and emotional nourishment. A place where you can stop obsessing and start living again.

Questioning Dogma

Hi! We are Anika and Tidji, the faces behind iheal.me. Two individuals with a passion for common sense. We love to demystify and questioning dogmas. We truly believe in the transformative power of a personalized restored Nutrition to unlock human performance. We want to engage and inspire people everywhere with our independent health information. We are still excited about our own journey towards a healthier thinking about diet obsessions, as it’s not so long ago, that we went down that health-nut road.

When I look at my body I can see it is intelligent. It´s response to the environement is intelligent. So don´t be dismayed by the brokeness of the world. All things break. And all things can be mended. Not with time, as they say, but with intention. So go.

Arrived on Earth in Summer of `65, I started early to questioning things and scrutinized preformed opinions. Today more than ever it seems to be important to think outside the box, and not being influenced to much by the filter bubble of all social media and the „paid“ commercial opinions.
Trust your intuition you have to rely on your gut
even the longest journey begins with a single step –

It’s okay to make a mess, experiments can lead to beautiful things.

We will tell you our story combined with all the new things we learned about health and nutrition nobody EVER told us and you before.

On our journey to find a solution for all our health problems we tried every fad diet and went to uncountable visits with doctors, alternative health practitioners, healers and nutritionists. After every try we just found us a bit sicker as before which led us to think that we simply didn´t tried hard enough.

We started to live in a bubble of restrictions. And our health was far away from becoming better. But somewhere in between all this heavy tiredness, low energy, chronically sick feeling brain fog bubble, there still was this passion to believe that it must excist a soultion for all this. So we never gave up searching for it.

Resolutions Are Ment To Be Broken

So we stopped!

We stopped being vegan, keto, raw, low carb, superfood, detox, sugar free, fructose free, intermittent fasting weirdos.

We stopped living our lifes based off of when we could and could not eat and what we could and could not eat and what we could and what we could not combine to finally find peace and health.

In the end you develop kind of an allergy to this health nut life!

We didn´t wanted let our health obsession rule our lives anymore.

How to be a healthy health nut

Healthy eating isn’t a crazy thing. Healthy eating is one of the best things you can do to prevent and control many health problems. Healthy eating is about making changes you can live with and enjoy for the rest of your life.    But it’s all about balance.

We ask you to substract it, any diet ideology for the matter, from the equation because all diet ideologies are limiting. You cannot be rigid in your thinking if you hope to keep up with the changing, flowing nature of your body. And we have experienced it for ourselves, which is what enabled us to see outside that box and take our understanding and expertise much further.
